MEET OUR TEAM
Holly has worked in the finance world since graduating from Purdue University with a BS in Agriculture Economics. As a native of IN, she was raised in an entrepreneurial family which fostered her desire and skills to be a serial entrepreneur.
Holly joined the Exactuals team one year ago after leaving a 25 year career in Entertainment Banking. Her most recent position was the SE Entertainment Team Manager for City National Bank, opening their new offices in Nashville, Atlanta, and Daytona Beach. Between banking and Exactuals, Holly was a CFO in the OTT, TV, Film, and Broadcasting business.
Holly is also the co founder of Nashville-Access, which is an International Media Company with a one hour country radio show aired in 17 countries. Holly also owns a Christian music publishing company.
Victoria is an accomplished advertising professional with a long track record of creating successful advertising campaigns. In her 17+ year tenure she worked for industry giants Clear Channel, CBS and Rovi, prior to launching her own firm Vigeo Marketing. She has created and managed campaigns for top tier advertisers including Corona, General Motors, NBCU, Sony Pictures, Universal Music Group, Disney and Ford. As head of US Ad Sales for Rovi, she launched some of the first interactive campaigns on connected television sets, as well as developed deep relationships within the entertainment industry. Her work has garnered her the reputation of being a leader in emerging media and broadcast.
In her spare time, she actively donates her services to help charities brand and market themselves so that they may have a greater impact on the world. When Victoria isn’t at her office in NYC, you will likely find her embracing her roots in her hometown of Nashville.
Dallas began his broadcast career in 1988. The past 30 years have taken him to legendary radio stations like B94 in Pittsburgh, DC101 in Washington, DC, 102.7WEBN in Cincinnati, and 99.9 Gator Country in Jacksonville, FL, just to name a few.
Dallas is an experienced audio engineer for both broadcast and music. He is a published songwriter, a music producer, and has been an award winning creative director for I Heart Media and CBS.
Dallas is also a Voice-Over artist. He’s been the promo voice for TV and Radio stations across the country, numerous Hollywood movie trailers, animated characters, and commercials for companies like Coca-Cola, and Pizza Hut. He was the narrator for Jerrod Niemann’s debut album, NASA-TV, and the official voice of the US National Parks. In short ... he talks a lot.
He received his Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism and Business from West Virginia University.
Camo comes to Nashville Access after a radio career in Canada and the UK. As well as being on air, Camo worked as Copywriter and Creative Director at radio stations and advertising agencies in Canada and the UK—working in Toronto, Nottingham, and London. A fan of the more traditional side of country music, Camo always wears cowboy boots and starched jeans— even at the gym ... which we find strange.
Camo has hosted the international country music TV show, Young Country, based out of Tyler, TX, and the Live From Nashville segment of the Smith & Rogers TV show in the UK. Camo is a working actor and model, having appeared in: feature films including, Sea of Love, and Millennium; TV shows including Nashville and Night Heat; and tv commercials including Cracker Barrel, Middle Tennessee Electrical Co-op, Zomongo, and others.
In addition to being co-host of the Nashville Access radio show and podcast, Camo handles all of the Nashville Access social media, artist relations, and is the company’s Music Director.
Selene Covarrubias brings over 25 years of experience in International Content Development, Marketing, and Production. Specializing in cross-cultural content and multimedia productions, she has collaborated with companies such as HarperCollins, Televisa, NBC, Canal+, HBO, and Amazon.
She holds a B.S. in Communications from The Monterrey Institute of Technology (ITESM) and a M.A. in Production from Universidad Complutense de Madrid, Spain.
Originally from California, growing up in Mexico, Selene currently resides in Nashville, TN. When she isn’t working, you can find her putting her phone on Do Not Disturb, so you can’t find her.
As Nashville Access’s Live Evens Co-ordinator, Jo-Leah is in charge of scheduling Dallas and Camo’s live appearances, as well as our Nashville Access Facebook Live interviews.
Jo-Leah is a native of Cuero, Texas. She is a singer/songwrier who attended Baylor University and graduated Belmont University’s Music Business program. Jo-Leah formerly worked in the A&R department at Warner Bros Records under Jim Ed Norman. While at Warner, her songwriting career was born…with her first co-writes being with Greg Barnhill (Tim McGraw, Trisha Yearwood, Martina McBride, etc) and Jim Daddario (Collin Raye, Ronnie Milsap, etc). Not a bad start! Soon after, Jo-Leah was signed to a development deal with Buddy Killen at Tree Publishing, followed by a development deal at a Sony affiliate under Donna Hilley and representation by John Mason (Billy Joel, Gloria Estafan, etc). Over the years, Jo-Leah, has sung in numerous recording sessions, and has written with songwriters including: Grammy nominee Jan Buckingham, Emmy winner Steve Nelson, Michael Garvin (28 number-1 hits), Anthony Smith, Stewart Harris, Cece DuBois, Daniel Mason and others.
